Illness/Sickness: Black pimple like growths??

Uh hi guys
so recently I have been noticing Jimmy (my axolotl) has been developing lots of little black dots all over him. They don't show up in photos but i am becoming very concerned. He seems to be himself still and eating like the little pig he is but I am worried there is something wrong with him. Would anyone have a clue what Im on about and what it might be?? I have attatched 2 photos but you have to look closely to be able to see anything. They are easier to spot on his head.

My Opal had developed those black like dot things.... hasnt seemed to affect her.... I was told it comes on with maturity.....

If they are like freckles it will probably just be pigmentation, which can get darker as they mature.
Your thread title says "pimple like growths", so are the dark spots raised?
Have you checked your water parameters - ammonia, nitrite, nitrate, temperature, etc.
More close up pictures would also be helpful, then we can work out if it is pigmentation or something else.
