I know you'll all think I'm nuts, but I'm getting quite excited about having new baby axolotls! The eggs are at the 'beanie' stage, and some are actually looking as if they have a head and a tail.
I've had to cull a whole bunch though
and I cried a little bit.
But I now have 20 eggs all looking like beans and another dozen in my outhouse to keep them cool and try and stagger the hatching a bit.
