They look like Mud puppies. So said that amnphibians would be used for bait. I could never do it. I fish and I just use worms.

They're definately tiger sals, but that said, these are probably kept in terrible conditions, harvested in mass numbers, and not cared for in any way, probably riddled with parasites, in case someone was thinking of getting some as pets.
