Backgrounds

Ive looked through a few peoples profiles and i have noticed some have colour/picture backgrounds. how do i get one? =]

In the green toolbar at the top of the screen you'll see the User CP button you'll need to click. Once there, on the left side under the "Your Profile" section you'll see a link that says Customize Profile, that's the button you need to change all of the background stuff.
