When I had some like that, they never straighten out, and I had to cull them. I don't know if sometimes they do, or if it is inevitable that they won't.
I have one that was shaped like a comma, curved sideways. I thought about culling but I didn't. So far it has survived and the curl has started to straighten out a little. It is a lot smaller than it's brood mates.
It is still a little more work to make sure he gets enough food but it is doing very well.
