Well it turns out i have about 40 babies. I seperated a few but they died, however the ones in my main tank ive been trying to get rid of are thriving. I need to put the parents back in this tank ASAP but it needs cleaning first. I have bout 20 babies in another smaller tank. So basically i need to clear the big tank out but having trouble catching babies, and would feel cruel to just flush em. Any ideas? By the way, this was not a planned breeding, otherwise id have got rid of the eggs straight away.

What about a pop bottle fish trap?

Get a large 2 litre plastic soft drink bottle and cut off the top third. Turn this around and jam it into the bottom bit. Put into your tank on its side (allow to fill with water) and use your net to chase the babies in. Any that go in through the small hole can't usually find their way out again.

If they are small enough still you could siphon them out. just get a larger tube to accomodate the size of their bodies. I assume they are still small or netting them would be easy.

or just add the parents back to the tank and in a day or two no more babies to deal with.

How about just emptying most of the water and then fishing the rest out? If you don't want them add them to the parents tank.
