Baby axie gender

What is the minimum age of axie for us to be able to identify its gender? Do we identify the gender the same way as adult axie? by the bump near its hind legs?

You really won't be sure about an axie's true gender until he/she is about a year or so old. You can guess, but really, that's all it will be. Sometimes you do have a late bloomer that surprises you!

I am planning to get 2 juvi's hoping to breed them in the future. So i guess its more like a gamble now

I also have an axie that really looked like a female in the beginning and was about 1 year old. Now it's a male. Big surprise.

yeah haha. If i am only getting one or more for non-breeding purposes, i couldnt care less. time to gamble *cross fingers*

I had a late bloomer my lovely Florence got to 19 months old and became a man!!! LOL
