Babies!

These are my first axolotls. I couldn't be happier. I am a little worried for the golden, but I'm assuming that they're both just stressed from being in the post office all night, poor babies.

^^ Here's the leucistic. He's pretty active, swimming around everywhere and being adorablee.

^^ And the gold albino. This one doesn't move as much.

I can't wait until they're old enough to sex, but I'm hoping they're both boys so I'll probably give them boy names XD

I don't actually know how old they are. These are my first axies. They're both maybe two inches long, if that...if you can't see that from the pictures. They're really tiny and adorable.

they came with pellets, but they aren't eating them, so i'm assuming they don't like them much. they might just be settling in though. i'll see about picking up some blackworms tomorrow if i can find someplace that sells them.

i love themmm. can't wait for them to get bigger though and get my tank set up.

Do you already think to feed them with artemia ?

When my axolotls were babies I always fed them with artemias, after that, on a juvenile fase, artemia and little earthworms...

They grew up fast and very well

I haven't been feeding them anything but the pellets. They seem to like them, but I'll probably run to the store tomorrow to see what I can find for them that's better than the pellets.
