Axolotl set up for Perth Australia

Hi,
I would like to get a couple of Axolotls and have been reading the forums to get some idea of what is required.
I notice that heat can become a problem for them, and was wondering if anyone else is successfully keeping them in Perth, WA? I don't want to get them if they are not going to be happy.

I'm also in perth but I run a chiller with my setup, it's almost essential in summer time.

there are some other ways you can cool your tank too, adding a fan that blows across the water and a airstone to agitate the surface helps, but the best (and priciest option) is a chiller.
