Question: Axolotl or mudpuppy...

Well I have been looking at pictures of axolotl and mudpuppies and it looks as though I have misspoken. Sally does not have a python-like head shape, she has 5 toes on her hind legs 4 on the front both sets being very pointy (unlike the necturus). She is vividly colored unlike a lot of the Auxies I have see on here.

So am I correct is she an Axolotl?

Yes, that´s an axolotl.
 
Looks like wild-type axolotl. I wouldn't rule out the possibility that it could be a larval tiger salamander (waterdog), but it looks more like an axolotl.

There is a fake ivy in the upper/left of your photo that might not be aquarium-friendly. If it has a bendable stem, then it has a steel core inside the plastic, and this will eventually rust. Rust is not good to have in an aquarium.
