Heya,
Ive got two "male" axolotl's which are around 20cm possibly bigger.
Just wondering, other than crickets and meal worms (i think...... there the white maggot looking things) can i feed to them??
One is getting over a feeding problem though live food seems to of done the trick.
Any advice on what and how much would be very welcome
Thanks

Earthworms, waxworms, bloodworms, blackworms, maggots, any soft-bodied insect/larvae/annelid, pellets. All of these foods are better than crickets and mealworms, which both have chitinous shells and can be hard to digest. In addition, mealworms have very strong jaws which can injure axolotls internal organs.
