Axolotl injury? Fungus?

Hi everyone, my axolotl, rigby, has developed a fluffy inflamed patch around the right hand sand of its mouth over the last day/ day and a half. She ate an earthworm last night, so it hasnt affected her appetite yet. Is it fungal or has it damaged it on bogwood or rock in the tank? Ammonia, nitrate and nitrite levels are 0.

If this was my axolotl I would make sure it was in clean cool water and proceed with salt baths.

If the baths do not help and it gets worse I would take it to a vet.

The water is always at 17 degrees C, as i have a cooler. Think I'll try the salt bath. Thanks
