I just got my axolotl about a week ago and her belly suddenly turned black overnight, I think she may have swallowed some gravel if so what should i do?

sometimes with young axolotls (applies mostly to leucistic and albino) their stomachs can have a black/dark appearance when they are fed due to their body's semi-translucency).
the use of gravel should be avoided due to axolotls ingesting it on occasion.
