Hi my axolotl had a fungus and he is currently fridging along with a salt water baths.
Assuming he gets back to good health, what steps should I take to clean my tank?
Is the fungus in the water/on the ornaments?
Also, these are my tank readings, are these safe for axolotls?
No3- 20-40mgs
No2- .5mg
pH-7
KH-180-240
GH-180
Temperature is currently at 76 in my house, 71 in the tank. ( I am trying to cool it even more!!)
Is the hardness too much? and should I take steps to remove the nitrite (No2)?
Thanks a ton, xoxo
