So about accouple weeks ago I had a power outage that caused my tank temperature to raise to about 75, As soon as I realized the temperature I immediately brought the temperature back down to a steady 60-65. After situating the temperature I noticed a small amount of fungus on the gills of my axolotl. I started with salt baths and changed 50% of the tank water the first day and another 50% the next and the fungus cleared up within 2 days, I continued the salt baths for another 3-4 days to make sure it was all gone. Fast forward a week or so I noticed she had once again grown fungus on her gills. Ammonia, nitrite levels 0, Nitrate reasonably low, temperature at a steady 60-65, should I have taken her out of the tank for the time and gave it a real good clean? I also noticed since the whole situation that there has a been a lot of small white dust like particles on the bottom of the tank(I have no substrate), Vacuuming it up would help but it would return the next day. I feed her live nightcrawlers, and remove any waste as soon as its noticed so I am super confused on what is going on, any help would be highly appreciated!! EDIT She still eats completely fine and has no problem wrestling a worm

Hi!
Do the gills look otherwise healthy?
Your parameters seem good. Do you know the GH or KH?
A picture would be helpful too.

It doesn't sound too worrisome to me yet.
Fungus after a sudden temperature rise makes sense. The axolotl being vulnerable to new fungus after several days of salt baths makes a lot of sense too. If she is otherwise healthy and happy, she should be strong enough to fight the fungus off herself (though it might take some time).

Tea baths are a popular "mild" treatment (doesn't even need to be a bath - you can do it directly in the aquarium if you'd prefer).
Depending on water hardness, John's or Holtfreter's solutions are decent preventative measures against fungus.

I also read about the tea baths, I wasn't too sure how exactly to do it but I think i'll look more into it and give it a go, this picture was from the 2 days after the fungus had cleared up the first time, Gills now are a lot more fluffy on the tips(where the fungus was), I noticed what looks like the new fungus lower on the gill, I'll try to get another picture from behind. Its hard to get her to turn around with me in the room. The dust I was talking about can also be seen slightly in the bottom right. EDIT Should I have kept her separate from her main tank once she developed the fungus? I don't remember ever seeing this white dust before but I have carefully rinsed the filter media in old tank water and did notice there was a ton of build up in the filter

Nah.
If you have to do daily water changes, treatments, tank cycling etc. it's sometimes easier to keep the axolotl in a separate tub. But there's no reason to remove her from the tank.
I assume you did the salt baths in a separate tub, right?

I don't see anything strange about the dust. Your aquarium floor will always have little particles. Bare bottom tanks are easy to keep clean, but every little bit of dirt will be very noticeable.

Yep had a good size tub and used a tupperware to move her, I wasn't too confident fully taking her out of the water. I sat her in there for about 10 minutes and then moved her back into the main tank. I looked into the tea baths and definitely think that would be the better route. I checked today and I don't see any signs of fungus on the gills, looks like it probably fell off, vacuumed up the floor just for good measure. Thank you for all the help.
