Axolotl Freshwater Tattoo

Haven't posted in a while but I really wanted to share my sleeve that I got finished this year. Artist is Heather Mclean from Strange World Tattoo. I have a crayfish, pleco, crystal shrimp, apple snail and, of course, an axie!

Intense. I only have one, on my right arm, but its at best 5x4". Coat of arms of my birth town.

But I just got a motorcycle yesterday, so maybe the biker look osnin my future. Lol.
 
Beautiful sleeve! I must say, that's the first ever axie tatt I've seen, and I like it so much more than skulls lol :D
 
Thats absolutely amazing! I am too getting an axolotl put into one of my tattoos that I want! That looks amazing though great artist! :)

After recently looking at the topic about people tattooing their fish, I was like "Oh no! Now we have tattooed axies?!"

This is much better. <3<3 I don't have any tattoos of my own but I definitely admire other people's. Especially when they include axolotls.

Haha, yeah that wouldn't be good tattooing an axie, I don't think they'd like it to much! lol:D

    Dear All, I would appreciate some help identifying P. waltl disease and treatment. We received newts from Europe early November and a few maybe 3/70 had what it looked like lesions under the legs- at that time we thought maybe it was the stress of travel- now we think they probably had "red leg syndrome" (see picture). However a few weeks later other newts started to develop skin lesions (picture enclosed). The sender recommended to use sulfamerazine and we have treated them 2x and we are not sure they are all recovering. Does anyone have any experience with P. waltl diseases and could give some input on this? Any input would be greatly appreciated! Thank you.
