Illness/Sickness: Axolotl Bubbles

I have had my axolotl for a couple of weeks now, but just today she started to float to the top of the tank, she would just swim around trying to stay at the bottom, I put her in some cold shallow water to see if she could get the bubble out, but it doesn't seem to of worked. Please Help!

Is she still floating? Sometimes they just need to "fart " it out. ..
