I found one of my lotls today with an injury on her front left arm, and a small one on her left back leg. She's still eating and acting normal. Her axolotl tankmate seems just fine.

Any ideas of what it could be or how to treat her? Idk if it was a bite from her tankmate, or some kind of infection? Do I need to schedule an appointment with the vet? - Thank you!

Tank Parameters - Tested with API Freshwater Master Kit
PH: 7.4
Ammonia: 0.25 ppm (a little high)
Nitrite: 0.00 ppm
Nitrate: 5.0 ppm
GH: 11 or 196.9 ppm
KH: 6 or 107.4 ppm
Temperature: 17.3 C or about 63 degrees F

Note- the air intake for my water chiller got blocked yesterday and the temp got up to 21.3 C or about 70.3 for maybe a few hours? Is that water enough for 0.25 ppm Ammonia to be a big problem?

the fore limb looks like damage caused by being grabbed by another axolotl where as the rear limb is more of a slice which could have been done in the tussle to get away.
at ph 7.4, 0.25ppm TAN, 21°c, the free-ammonia (NH3) is 0.0026 which is quite safe (at 17°c NH3 is 0.0019ppm).
