I am trying to use my Axolotls in my biology class and received a grant to buy a digital microscope I can use to take pictures. I had wanted to record the very early stages of egg development but my first batch of eggs appeared when we had an unscheduled week off due to weather. I didn't discover them until they were three days old. Now, I'm taking photos each day I'm at school. I'm struggling to figure out how to raise these babies since I'm off two days a week and I live 30 miles from school. I'm not willing to drive an hour to feed them so I'm looking for an alternative to keep them alive. Anyone have any suggestions as to how to feed them over the weekends? I have daphnia and will begin to hatch brine shrimp as they begin to feed regularly.

You can leave them with lots of daphnia and hope that tides them over, but I would be worried about water quality as well. I would make sure you only have a few(max) per container so that there is more water volume to handle the waste.

Depending on how many you plan on raising, I'd also consider bringing most of them home with you to raise and ensure they don't all starve.
