HELP NEEDED! We are long time fish tank, first time axolotl owners. Had our baby for 2 months, she is 4-5 months old. Recently one of her gills looked bare on the end, another forum said it was fungus so we did 3 days of tea baths. Since then she has continued to lose filaments and her once bright pink gills are pale. Water parameters are pH 7.6, ammonia 0, nitrites 0 nitrates 5-10. Chiller is set to 63 with a max of 65. She has no other tank mates. We have a 3 part filter with crushed corral in it for buffering, a small air stone, live plants, almond leaf in the tank, slate bottom (no sand/rock), she eats black worms/red wigglers with shrimp/blood worms for a treat. We feel terrible not knowing how to help her. All advice welcome!
