What great pics, looks just like mine only fatter, my axie eats like a horse , it was raining yesterday and the silly bugger thought the drops of rain was food and she was up snapping at the raindrops:rolleyes:
 
thanks, he's on catfish pellets at the moment, he seems a bit indifferent though. I'm going to get him some frozen prawns and bloodworms and see how he goes. I guess I need to thoroughly defrost the food first, is a microwave ok for this?

BTW the gills are a much deeper colour now, since I got him in a tank of 20 degrees, the shop I bought him from had the temp at 28 degrees, he has also passed a fair amount of gravel. ouch!!
 
bloodworms

frozen bloodworms melt very quickly when put in water but are very messy if he dosn't eat them, maybe just melt the worms in a saucer with a little water first,just bought some algae eating snails to put in with her hope she dosn't try to eat them:eek:
