Are they male and female?

Hello!
I have 3 cute Tigers since last year. Now they are arround 21cm and i would like to breed them.
I tried to sex them, but i am not sure... i think they are 3 males. (yes i read the article of caudata culture)

I recently took some photos may be you guys can help me! (just 2 of them, the other one is now hidden

Hi Tomas! Thanks for the answer...
I thought that to.. but a friend told me that their males are more.. "visible".. that you can sex them just lookinh their backs even.
This guys i have to take them to see what are they...

Do you have any photo of females ambystoma? I will keep searching in the forum! But if you get some, please let me know!
