Aquarium chillers?

I'm looking for a more efficient way to cool my tank as frozen bottles of water melt too quickly because it is summer here (even in the coolest area of my house the tank is still several degrees too hot) does anyone know any other ways to cool a tank (I've tried fans) if not would an aquarium chiller be safe and does anybody reccomend any in particular... If so preferably ones found in Australia

I built a chiller from parts on ebay. you can check out my thread and see if you want to do something similar. otherwise a good aquarium chiller wold be just fine, theyre just much more expensive.
