Question: Api Stress coat and Axolotls

Someone in a thread said they had heard that Lottls can have a negative reaction to API Stress Coat but they also said they were inexperienced. I haven't found anything to support the claim, but was interested to see what the community had to say. I use it in my water conditioning tank but never add it directly to the tank with the Lottls. Anyone have any more information?

API contains aloe, which is harmful to Axolotls slime coat. Prime by SeaChem is highly recommended and safe for use with axies.

WHEW, glad I asked. I will stick to treating their water with prime exclusively.
