Question: Air pump too much movement ?

I had an axie who died and im getting the tank ready for another one. I've heard alot of movement in the water is not good for them , so im wondering if this air pump will be too much movement ?

I have a pretty powerful air pump and my axolotl doesn't seem bothered by it at all. As long as you don't see visible signs of stress I wouldn't be too worried
