Account reminders

Apologies if this is the wrong section, but...
admin / moderators... how do you get a reminder of your account name and/or password... for those of us with a poor memory...?
I tried to contact you via the contact form but reply came there none.
If there is a solution, how about a mention of it in the troubleshooting section.
I guess if this problem is important enough for Amazon to list, it's good enough for Caudata!

Hi matt, send me an email to nate@caudata.org with your full name and I'll look up the info for you. The user passwords are not shown to moderators even, so you will need a new password.

I did not recieve an email from the contact address from you so perhaps there were server problems. John's very busy right now, and I think he's out of the country too
