I've just taken out the gravel and put in sand, soo much better! I'll post some more pics soon of Miguel's little adventure while I changed his tank around and what happened when he moved to his new sandy paradise.

Awwww! It's Miguel! He is soooo mega-cute! Thanks so much posting more pics of him, Si! He is such a poser! Such a beauty, with the cutest face ever. Can I ask about his personality? Is he quite an active, playful axie, or more quietly observing things and grinning to himself about all the silly things we humans do?

Coffo, that first pic is my wallpaper on my puter at home, it makes me smile everytime I see it!

Apryl, no he's deffo not camera shy, i'll post some more pics soon, I have some really funny ones!

Sherri, you're right he is a total poser! I would say he's pretty playful yeah, usually because he wants food! He'll move and dance around the front of the tank for attention when you walk past. He has days when all he wants to do is just hide though.

He seems better now he's got sand in there too, he just learnt a new trick. He's discovered that if he sticks a hand on the filter inlet grate he can suspend himself there, it's soo funny. I was worried when I first saw him do it but he wasn't struggling to get away so I just left him to it! hehe

I haven't seen you post pics of miguel for a while. The shots you had of him were influential in me getting a leuistic axie, and insisting that his eyes have a little blue in them! glad to see he's doing well
