29 Gallon with juvenilles

My axolotls arrived yesterday! I got one leusitic and a wild type. They are both around three inches. I have them together in a 29G with driftwood, slate, anarchas, and play sand. They are doing great! But, i read that they can become cannibalistic when they are young? Should i seperate them? They really love the tank and are really adventuring.

As long as there are plenty of hides and they are fed enough then they should be okay, ive kept mine in pairs and not had any serious accidents
