Lots of them will probably eat each other, so there won't be that many when they're older, unless you separate each and every one of them...

More survive than you might think Clay! I am still caring for around 35 7-week old juveniles and I was initially hoping for just a handful to survive! In future I would keep and hatch approx 30% more than I want to keep or sell.
