URGENT Sick Axolotl help

My 4 years old sxolotl has recently started showing a slight bulge in his belly, he leans to one side and can no longer stand straight only on his back and side. It swims in weird circles and this has been happening for the last month. We do frequent water changes and tests and everything looks right as well as the temperature which is 18 degrees. We usually fed it special axolotl kibbles combined with earthworms. The last month we have been giving him bigattini.
The last few days it's getting worse!!
I'm freaked out and I don't know what to do, as we don't have, in our country, specialized vet.

I would appreciate anything you suggest me!

unfortunately it is debatable as to whether any treatment will work or what treatment should be given (should really be fully examined).
the only thing I can suggest is to tub in 100% holtfreters + 0.2g/l magnesium sulphate adding half fish dose methylene blue to water 1 hr before changing water repeating daily, feed at night change in morning refraining from feeding pellets, feed worms and frozen shrimp/krill/mysis etc.. if possible. try to keep water as cold as possible (if no signs of improvement fridging may be required)
mycin may help.
 
I'M AFRAID IF HE'S SPINNING IN CIRCLES, HE MIGHT HAVE A NEUROLOGICAL DISORDER. THIS HAS HAPPENED MANY TIMES ON THESE FORUMS...UNFORTUNATELY, NOTHING IMPROVED. THE BEST YOU CAN DO IS FOLLOW WOLFEN'S ADVICE AND HOPE IT'S JUST A FLOATING PROBLEM.

For the last few days we have been doing daily water changes of the tank about 80%, trying to keep the temperature at 16-18°C and stopped feeding for a while...he seems to have improved a bit and found his balance, but his gills have fallen . I will try the methods you suggested me and hope his condition improves 🙏

Please help!!! We tried Fridging but the condition still the same and worse. It didn't eat almost a month and it floating upside down.
We returned it in the tank and it is in this condition (photos). It's trying to go down but it can't.
I would appreciate anything you suggest me!!

to try and stop the floating tub in shallow water (shallow enough that feet touch floor) use glass ceramic or pyrex rather than plastic if possible, change water daily, feed at night change water in morning, try to have the water temperature close to 15°c or lower, make sure there is a lid to prevent jumping out, add 2g/l salt to the water (50% holtfreters + 0.1g/l magnesium sulphate if possible), this is done to help remove the air he has in his stomach.
feed meat based foods ie.. worms, bloodworm, brinshrimp, krill, mysis etc.. not pellets/kibble (can cause air blockages), feed balanced diet (not just worms but eyed food as well ie.. shrimp, krill, fish etc..)
test water parameters in tank, if ammonia/nitrites are found then he will require methylene blue baths.

    Dear All, I would appreciate some help identifying P. waltl disease and treatment. We received newts from Europe early November and a few maybe 3/70 had what it looked like lesions under the legs- at that time we thought maybe it was the stress of travel- now we think they probably had "red leg syndrome" (see picture). However a few weeks later other newts started to develop skin lesions (picture enclosed). The sender recommended to use sulfamerazine and we have treated them 2x and we are not sure they are all recovering. Does anyone have any experience with P. waltl diseases and could give some input on this? Any input would be greatly appreciated! Thank you.
