Hi.
I have just joined the forum, but have been viewing it for quite some time to help me research axolotl care.
I started keeping fish and got distracted by axolotls.
I currently have 3 juveniles in one tank. There is 1 wild type and 2 coppers and I've had them since January.
The other tank contains 1 wild type and 2 leucistic almost fully mature axolotls, which I picked up last week, so they are still quite shy.
I am based in Cambridgeshire, England.

Hi.

I am based in Cambridgeshire, England.

Welcome to the forum! This is pure curiosity and nothing to do with axolotls:

I live in the States, so I honestly don't know and thought I'd ask. Are Cambridge and Cambridgeshire the same, or is Cambridgeshire like a suburb of Cambridge? I could Google it, but I may as well ask the person who lives there :)

Cambridgeshire is the county

Hi NaterPotater,

Herman is correct. Cambridge is a city within the county of Cambridgeshire.

Would Chinese fire belly newts be more or less inclined towards an aquatic eft set up versus Japanese . I'm raising them and have abandoned the terrarium at about 5 months old and switched to the aquatic setups you describe. I'm wondering if I could do this as soon as they morph?
