The last 2 days my axie has been on his side he seems alert no fungus no curled gills etc he isn't eating.

Ammonia 0
Nitrite 0
Nitrate 15
Bare bottom temp 17-18degrees.

He's tubbed to stop stressing her out.
I woke up to this this morning in her tub don't know if it's poop or sick.

Any ideas what is wrong ? I would take her to a vet but have covid ATM.

Thanks

it could be air bubbles which will pass with time but if it doesn't fix itself soonish the cause could be something more sinister like a bacterial infection. I would just keep her tubbed with cool water and take her to the vet when you can if she's not better.
