I just got these four adorable juveniles from Margie! Active and eating great! The pictures where taken right after I got them in their tank and fed them for the first time. They were taken with my phone so the the quality isn't great, but I hope it shows off how pretty they are! They are a golden albino, white albino, wild type and a speckled leucistic! I absolutely love the iridophores on the golden albino and wild type, the golden's gills and the wild's eyes are just gorgeous! The white albino has them all down its sides, very pretty.

That golden is stunning! I'm so jealous - Margie I wish you lived in Sydney!!

Awww what cute, precious babies! The little golden reminds me of my little one :)

Thanks guys! I believe the speckled leucistic is a leucistic melanoid as it has absolutely no iridophores and matte black eyes! Love these little guys!

Would Chinese fire belly newts be more or less inclined towards an aquatic eft set up versus Japanese . I'm raising them and have abandoned the terrarium at about 5 months old and switched to the aquatic setups you describe. I'm wondering if I could do this as soon as they morph?
