Sexing 2 FBs?

Hey,
Now that Ted has returned from his week long vacation in the tank ornament, I was wondering If i could get some help sexing them.
I took 3 pictures of each, hopefully someone on here can give me a hint to their sex. :)

First up is Ted Newtgent himself:

anyone? even if its just to say 'you cant tell from these pictures'?

I´d say the second one is a male ...the first one is harder to define...could be a female or a young male...dunno :S
Anyway i´m no expert at all so this is just a noob opinion...
 
I am not so great at sexing newts myself, but I do think the second one is male like Rodrigo already stated. Due to the long toes of the first, it may be male as well. They do look to be in good shape to me, and very glad that your little ornament loving newt came out - pretty good outcome for a week of being AWOL.

thanks for the opinions guys, nothing wrong with ted being a bit androgenous :p
yeah he's looking pretty good for being gone for so long i reckon. :)
