Hello all :)

A little while ago my partner and I decided to upgrade our tanks. Sooo I thought I would finally get around to showing off our tanks. We have three actual tanks in total, a 180 liter (Big lotls) 90 liter (fish tank) and a 60 liter (juvie lotls). We also have a couple tubs for the babies we are raising :)

Our smaller lotl tank is rather boring... But that's because it was a temp set up for Spyro (the leucy) to heal in but then we decided to get him two friends who he seems to love :) Oh.. And let me introduce our two newest additions: Elvis (my partners first lotl) and Elvis' sister who we have no idea what to name... Any suggestions welcome :D ELvis is the one in the front of the photo with his sister peeping out of the bell. His sister is pictured again by herself.

And heres a couple of peppy (golden albino) and ajax (big leucy) just becase I love em and they are beeyouteefull!

Hope you enjoy!!

**Note lotl lights only on for photos**

I love your tetras! I've always wanted some neons, when I was little I killed them too easily :(

Your golden is really pretty too. Now that I've found a breeder in my area, I may pick up a golden from them :3

That golden axolotl, so adorable! I need one in my life :(

P.s aren't you a little worried your babies might swallow some pebbles

It looks like the pebbles are only in their fish tank anyway, no danger to axolotls there!

Sorry, haven't been on here in a while...

Pebbles are only in the fish tank. And the fish tank is strictly fish :p Although the occasional guppy baby gets the death kiss and put in the big lotl tank... Lol. Our main lotl tank has the super fine white silica sand thats lovely and soft for my big lotls, my juvies and baby babies are all in bare bottoms.

My partner and I both love our tetras. One of my favs are the rummy nose and my partner loves the neons. We currently have three cardinal tetras and five neon tetras. We also have one panda corydora, one juli corydora, one sterbai corydora, two bristlenose plecos, four blue mystery snails, and numerous guppies of both the wild kind and the fancy. It's a lively healthy happy fishy tank :D

Golden albinos are really popular here in NZ and are rather easy to source although not all are the gorgeous rich colour of my darling Peppy :)

Aha, that sounds better :) I am yet to find a nice golden one here in Sydney, they only have severely sick pet store ones  :(

Would Chinese fire belly newts be more or less inclined towards an aquatic eft set up versus Japanese . I'm raising them and have abandoned the terrarium at about 5 months old and switched to the aquatic setups you describe. I'm wondering if I could do this as soon as they morph?
